The Hardin County Chamber of Commerce will sponsor its Volunteer Expo, 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m., September 10, 2025 at the Pritchard Community Center, 404 South Mulberry, Elizabethtown. We encourage local nonprofits to highlight the ways Chamber members can support your nonprofit and the services you provide.
A 10’x10’ exhibit area and one 6 ft. table will be provided for your booth. Tablecloths and/or table skirts are not included. We ask that if you offer a door prize, please display your door prize and have entry forms available at your booth.
The Pritchard Community Center will open at 8:00 a.m. for display set-up on September 10. If you need electrical power, please bring a heavy-duty extension cord(s) and secure the cords to the floor.
To participate in the event, please complete the form and return it to the Chamber no later than September 6, 2025. Space is limited to 50 booths and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The booth fee is $150 for non-Chamber members. There is no booth fee for Chamber members.
